Netcracker/OSS Consultant

• Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and customization of Netcracker BSS/OSS platforms
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs
• Configure Netcracker modules (e.g., Billing, CRM, Order Management, Catalog, Mediation)
• Support system integration with upstream and downstream applications
• Participate in testing activities (SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and release planning
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Contribute to solution documentation, best practices, and knowledge transfer
• Mentor junior consultants as needed and support delivery governance
