WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
fibertime is seeking a NetOps Technician (Operations – Core/NOC) within the OPS division.
This role is a pivotal operational position that bridges frontline NARC operations and backbone engineering.
The NetOps Technician provides advanced Tier 2/3 support, ensures production network stability, executes high-risk changes, and supports routing, backbone, and GPON aggregation operations.
This is a hands-on, technically deep role focused on incident response, performance optimisation, capacity planning, change execution, and continuous operational improvement.
