Overview
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Specialist to help design, configure, and implement a NetSuite-native e-commerce website and streamline NetSuite HubSpot CRM integration for a growing B2B operation.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to simplify buying, automate sales processes, and reduce manual administration, rather than over-engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Website & E-Commerce
Configure and implement a NetSuite-hosted e-commerce website (not WordPress or external CMS)
Structure a simple, functional buying experience focused on ease of ordering rather than visual complexity
Set up:
Product catalogue prioritising ~20 core products (with up to 60 key SKUs visible)
Customer login access with customer-specific pricing
Volume pricing logic (tiered pricing visibility)
Ensure pricing, products, and customer data are fully managed inside NetSuite (no ongoing external dependency)
