NetSuite SME/Technical Support Consultant

Duties include but not limited to:

❖ Serve as the primary SME for Oracle NetSuite financial modules

❖ Provide technical and functional support to clients using NetSuite

❖ Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions

❖ Assist in NetSuite implementation, configuration, and process improvements

❖ Support month-end, reporting, and financial system reconciliations within NetSuite

❖ Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure system efficiency

❖ Develop documentation, SOPs, and training materials

❖ Train and mentor new hires for the NetSuite support team

❖ Stay updated on NetSuite enhancements and best practices

Qualifications:

❖ Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

❖ Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite (Financials, AP/AR, GL, Reporting)

❖ Experience in NetSuite implementation or technical support is highly preferred
