Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a
NetSuite Supply Chain Administrator
to manage day-to-day supply chain execution across purchasing, production, inventory, and logistics within NetSuite. This hands-on role requires strong NetSuite expertise, a working understanding of CPG manufacturing, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with precision, ensuring accurate transactions, clean data, reliable costing, timely production execution, and clear end-to-end inventory visibility.

Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Purchasing & Production

• Issue purchase orders in NetSuite for packaging components, raw materials, and formula or fill services.
• Record and reconcile corresponding purchase order bills accurately within NetSuite.
• Maintain and oversee Bills of Materials (BOMs) for all SKUs to support accurate production execution and product costing.
