Job Responsibilities

• Set up and configure workstations and peripheral devices
• Install and maintain software, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Develop and manage local networks, ensuring privacy and security
• Provide user training and support for software and equipment
• Schedule and execute upgrades and maintenance with minimal disruption
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Maintain records of repairs, fixes, and inventory
• Manage equipment orders and ensure data confidentiality

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of work experience in the related field is required for the position.
