Network Management

• Blocking and website filtering to limit ddownloading, watching and browsing of socmed while at work.
• Ensure internet connection are stable
• To organize IP Addresses and maintain efficiency across the network.
• Ensure up to date anti-virus, software and hardware to prevent malware infection.
• Ensure email server are working
• Checking email delivery and spam emails

VM Software Management

• Account creation and management for Mattermost collaboration Software.
• Maintaining and checking of Hesk Ticketing, and Snipe-IT Inventory System, Bio Server & other VM based software

IT Asset Inventory

• Responsible for the inventory of all IT related assets of the company.
