Network Administrator

Network specialist is needed for a 12 month initial contract position, working fully remotely from any Latin America location. You'll work EST time zone hours, delivering network services as part of a global team. You'll need strong English communication skills and a background in network support and network administration, ideally in a large datacentre or technical environment. Single stage Teams interviews will happen in early July, with someone starting the role in August.

As Network Administrator your role will include:

Network operational support 

Responding to network related incidents, problems, and user requests resolution

Network device installations and upgrades

Preventive network tasks (including window maintenances)

Technical Documentation

Review of network equipment logs and alerts
