1.1 The IT Administrator -part of the IT Infrastructure team. This is an IT Executive/ Senior Executive Position to assist Hospital IT Manager in delivering all ITSM Operation support & Change management aligning with the Hospital IT SLA/OLA. The candidate is responsible to carry out the maintenance, support and upgrade of all IT Network Infrastructure in an efficient and timely manner.

1.2 To support the IT Manager on the derived ITSM in service delivery, systems administration and IT security compliance.

1.3 He/She is responsible for analyzing, designing, planning, implementing, maintaining, repairing, supporting of networks equipments and network appliances to ensure reliable and secure communication systems within the organisation. This role involves managing network performance, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the ICT needs of clinical and administrative team members.
