Network Analyst - Calgary

Position Overview Compugen is seeking a Network Analyst for a 2 month contract with the potential for extensions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, administration and support of network systems and services in Enterprise infrastructure environment

Assist in break/fix operations and continuous improvement initiatives

Provide technical support during critical outages or major network initiatives, as required

Participate in managing the team’s incident queue in Remedy ticket management system

Ensure timely resolution of all operational tickets, with exceptional customer service engagement

Skills & Qualifications

University degree or college/technical diploma

8-10+ years hands on experience with Cisco Network Administration or similar role preferably in the oil and gas industry

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
