Position Overview: As a Level 2 Network Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of our network infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and security. You will play a key role in diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, as well as providing guidance and support to junior team members. The Network Analyst is responsible for managing all aspects of Duke Health's network infrastructure. This includes provisioning, installation, configuration, monitoring, design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and daily support of network devices.
