Role Overview

We are looking for a
Network Analyst – Security Operations Professional
with strong hands-on experience in enterprise network security, firewall administration, and incident management. The role will function as an
SME-level support engineer
, providing 24x7 operational support for network and security infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 monitoring and operational support for network and security infrastructure
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and remediation
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls and network devices
• Manage firewall policies, NAT, VPNs, and security zoning
