Responsibilities
Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues and resolving end-user problems.
Learn and implement basic network security best practices, including intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), firewalls, and access control lists (ACLs).
