Network and System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Network and System Administrator.

Responsibilities

1.

Manage head office and 5 different sites network.

2.

Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.

3.

Assign IT assets to the new users according to their requirements.

4.

Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

5.

Maintain IT asset system and make sure to record all IT assets properly with all required information.

6.

Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as needed.

7.

Daily monitoring of IT helpdesk system and make sure to close all tickets timely.

8.

Provide technical assistance with computer hardware/software /Network and IP Phone.

9.

Following up with users to ensure the problem is resolved.

Managing multiple cases at one time.
