Network and Telephony Support Engineer

Position Overview
The Network & Telephony Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, monitoring, and maintenance of the organization's network and telephony infrastructure, with a strong focus on Genesys telephony systems. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure high availability, stability, and performance of telephony and network services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Genesys telephony systems, including configuration, monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Access and manage network devices, telephony systems, and relevant administrative credentials as required for operational support.
• Collaborate with the L1 service desk, vendors, and telco partners in accordance with established escalation procedures.
• Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and coordinate off-hours monitoring and support as required.
