Job Description

Job Summary 
We are seeking a skilled Network & CCTV Support Engineer
to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support network infrastructure and CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable network connectivity, system uptime, and effective monitoring solutions across sites. This is a remote job and typical working hours would be between 0900 – 1400 Central time. 
Key Responsibilities 
Network Support 
Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks 
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues 
Perform network cabling, testing, labelling, and documentation 
Ensure network security, access control, and compliance with IT policies 
Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for issue resolution and upgrades 
CCTV & Surveillance Systems
