Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
Lead delivery and management of network and cybersecurity services.
Manage, mentor, and develop in-house and outsourced engineering teams.
Define business strategies, service roadmaps, and long-term portfolio plans.
Own P&L, budgeting, pricing strategies, and service profitability.
Oversee service delivery across IP-VPN/MPLS, L2/L3, Internet, and multi-carrier environments.
Lead design and operations of cybersecurity services, including EDR/MDR, SOC/SOCaaS, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Support pre-sales activities, solution architecture, and sales enablement.
Serve as the escalation point for network outages, security incidents, and complex client issues.
Collaborate with regional teams and headquarters to align on standards, offerings, and execution.
Establish governance, enforce SLAs and policies, maintain documentation, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
