Role Overview
You will oversee the management, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the school's enterprise network systems, including Wi-Fi, switching, cabling, and network security. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, proactive in problem-solving, and communicates clearly across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Wi-Fi
Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco WLCs and APs
Address coverage and speed concerns for users
Monitor and alert using Cisco Prime Infrastructure
Perform regular backups and security updates
Switching
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco core, distribution, access, and ToR switches
Monitor network performance via Cisco Prime Infrastructure
Execute periodic backups and patching
