• Develop customized Alarm and Measurements dictionaries, tailored for the customers’ network implementation and use cases.
• Fault Management – Identify alarm filtering methodologies to minimize the volume of tickets the service providers must respond to in the network.
• Performance Management – Identify Key Performance Indicators (Operational indicators) and Key Capacity Measurements (Growth clues) to facilitate planning and operational efficiencies.
• Support the customer’s solution verification of the end-to-end FM/PM NBI interfaces in the customers’ integration lab.
• Collaborate with product teams to gather alarm and measurement details for program releases and customer issue clarifications.
• Follow established processes including consistency of FM/PM Excel dictionaries across network elements, status tracking, and change control.
