IT Infrastructure Management & Monitoring
Oversee all installed systems, including servers, storage, and backup solutions, ensuring their availability, performance, and security.
Network Administration & Support
Provide operational and administrative support for Cisco network infrastructure, monitor performance, schedule upgrades, and optimize the network.
Network Design & Implementation
Engage in network design, planning, and project implementation to enhance infrastructure.
Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution
