Location: Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) – 5 days onsite

About the Role:

Join a global-scale network operations team supporting high-capacity carrier and enterprise backbone networks. This is a Level 1 Network Engineer role, ideal for candidates with a telecom or NOC background who want hands‑on exposure to large‑scale, high‑performance network environments. The role is standard office hours, no shifts or on‑call.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first‑line support and monitoring for carrier and enterprise networks.
• Troubleshoot and escalate network incidents within a NOC/GNOC environment.
• Assist in configuration and operational support of MPLS, BGP, and IP routing.
• Support large‑scale carrier backbone and enterprise WAN/SD‑WAN networks.
• Work with Cisco or Juniper network equipment.
