Network Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer – L2 Support to join our IT team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in network operations, solid knowledge of server environments, and practical exposure to Cisco or other networking technologies. This role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving network and server infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 network support for LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents escalated from L1 support
• Configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco and other networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Support and maintain server environments (Windows/Linux)
• Perform network performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
