Job Description

                    Role & Responsibilities   Installation & Deployment   Perform installation, additions, changes, and relocation (IMAC) of network and IT equipment. 
Support onsite implementation, migration activities, and Day-1 operational readiness. 
Conduct basic site surveys, staging, rack mounting, cabling, and device installations. 
Configure basic network settings to enable remote access and connectivity. 
Prepare implementation reports and maintain relevant documentation. 
 Technical Support & Maintenance   Support deployment and ongoing maintenance of equipment such as routers, LAN switches, wireless LAN and access points, firewalls, UPS, and other IT infrastructure. 
Provide both onsite and remote technical support for customer environments. 
Participate in on-call and standby rotations (24x7x4 SLA support when required).
