Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support the design, setup, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Assist in Proof of Concept (POC) and lab setup, including basic physical and logical network configurations.
• Deploy, configure, and support network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and virtual appliances.
• Assist with WAN and internet connectivity, including routing, failover, and basic redundancy setups.
• Support implementation of network security controls, such as firewalls, VPNs, access control, and traffic segmentation.
• Perform network testing and troubleshooting, including connectivity, performance, and failover scenarios.
• Support system upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and post-implementation verification.
• Assist in integrating network solutions with cloud or security platforms.
• Maintain network documentation, configuration records, and test results.
