• Monitoring and maintaining Interconnectivity Network infrastructure.
• Proactively manage incident lifecycles to maintain peak service availability.
• Troubleshoot all network incidents and customer-reported service issues within agreed-upon SLAs.
• Perform Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Diagnosis, and Resolution within SLA's, OLA's, and KPI's.
• Provide regular updates to ticketing systems and progress incidents through to resolution.
