Job Title : L2 Network Support Engineer 
Experience: 4+  Years Network experience 
Role Type:  Global Network Operations Support 
Shift:  24x7 rotational shifts (as per global support coverage) 

Job Summary  
The L2 Network Support Engineer will support global Network Operations, ensuring stability, performance, and security of enterprise network infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting and operational support across firewalls, routing, switching, and wireless technologies, and acts as a key escalation point for L1 support teams. 
Key Responsibilities  
Network Operations & Support 
Provide Level 2 support for global network infrastructure. 
Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and service requests within SLA. 
Act as an escalation point for L1 engineers.
