Nexus Aurora (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented Network Engineering & Administrator to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the ongoing success of our growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and implement IT infrastructure solutions (servers, virtualization, backup, basic networking) together with the project team.
• Provide SLA-based MSP support to customers via ticketing system, remote access, phone, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to server, virtualization, and backup environments; escalate complex issues when required.
• Perform proactive maintenance for managed customers, including:

A. System and patch updates

B. Monitoring and alert review

C. Backup verification and restore testing

D. System health and capacity checks
