Network & Infrastructure Engineer

West HQ is seeking an experienced Network & Infrastructure Engineer to architect, maintain, and enhance our missioncritical ICT environment. This role is hands on, highly technical, and central to the stability, security, and performance of our infrastructure.

You’ll lead networking, server management, cloud services, security, and incident response across a highavailability, multivenue environment. If you thrive solving complex engineering challenges and improving infrastructure environments endtoend, we want to hear from you.

About the role:

• Design, support, and optimise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls).
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualisation, and storage systems.
• Lead P1/P2 incident response and provide Level 3 engineering support.
• Manage patching, lifecycle upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
