You lead a team of two ICT Network engineers and manage our outsourcing partner for servers & WAN
You take the lead in projects and execute network activities in budget, in scope and on time. 
A few examples of these network and security-related activities and optimizations are network changes, application integrations from a connectivity perspective or VoIP changes. 
You will co-ordinate and deliver support on the network following our SLA through monitoring and follow-up of incidents with our suppliers (WAN) or taking up and leading 2nd and 3rd level incidents related to the network, IT production hardware (RF scanners, printers, …) and business applications. 
In this role, you also coordinate connectivity related changes and incidents with external partners related to M365, AD, Security and Certificates. 
You facilitate meetings with the business (engineering) to understand requirements and priorities....
