Network Manager

Our client, a global data center company is looking for an IT Network Manager to join their team. The role is based in Johore.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, SAN and structured cabling Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP).
Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers and network monitoring tools.
Design and implement network upgrades, expansions and high-availability architecture (e.g. spine-leaf).
Ensure network security by managing firewalls, IDS/IPS and enforcing security policies.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and respond to security incidents.
Provide support, perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
Maintain up-to-date network documentation, performance reports and inventory.
Collaborate with IT, operations, vendors and service providers for support and project execution.
Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance activities.
