Network Operations Analyst

The Network Operations Analyst will manage the resolution of any part or parts that Choice warehousing partners are unable to process to completion of the replenishment and return workflows. The role involves effectively communicating with warehousing partners and clients to ensure issues are clearly understood and resolution is aligned with Choice process requirements. The Ideal candidate will be analytical, have strong investigative skills and be able to effectively communicate to both warehousing partners and client.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and analyze all active Materials in Review (MIR) tickets to identify root cause
• Develop and implement resolution plans based on MIR root cause
• Coordinate with support teams (Client Services, IT, Operations / etc.) as needed
• Drive closure on any identified resolution paths with vendor partners and ensure accurate root causes are being systemically captured
