Network Operations Center Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for an experienced NOC Engineer to join our Engineering team at Broadvoice. You'll be part of a mission-critical function responsible for monitoring, responding to alerts, and executing operational tasks that keep our global infrastructure running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor infrastructure across 5 colocation datacenters, 4 client-premises sites, and 5 AWS regions
• Respond to alarms and internal tickets, escalating as needed
• Execute operational tasks using predefined playbooks and procedures
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and SRE teams to ensure system stability and performance
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend coverage

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a NOC environment
• Strong Linux system administration skills
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls)
