Network Operations Center Manager

PURPOSE
The Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager or MIS Manager is responsible for improving existing Operations and operationalizing the new service portfolio to achieve service excellence,
operational efficiency, business profitability, and retention of customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accomplish all assigned tasks by the management in a timely and effective manner as deemed necessary for the organization's betterment.
Ensure Operations supports the organization in any of its business engagements however and whenever necessary in accordance to agreed policies and procedures.
Ensure Service Operations is available and functioning in accordance with commitments and acceptable standards.
Assist in budget review on costs associated with running Operations.
Ensure that all Service Operations' resources required to provide services are being monitored and managed and are functioning in optimal condition.
