**Job Summary:**
The NOC Engineer is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the performance and reliability of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. The role involves real-time monitoring, responding to alerts, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring high availability of services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

· Monitor network and system alerts using NOC tools (e.g., SolarWinds, ELK.).

· Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting for alerts and escalate issues as needed.

· Coordinate with internal infrastructure, application teams and service providers for resolution of incidents.

· Track and document all issues and resolutions using ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
