Network Operations Center Technician

Overview
Telna is looking for a full-time Network Operations Center Technician to work onsite to monitor and maintain the organization's performance and availability of Telna Networks and systems.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Network Monitoring: Monitor the network infrastructure to detect and handle any network-related issues or anomalies. This involves using network monitoring tools to analyze traffic, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address potential problems.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and coordinate troubleshooting network incidents, such as service degradation, connectivity problems, or performance issues. Follow established procedures to diagnose and resolve these issues promptly, minimizing downtime and impact on network operations.
