Network Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a Network Operations Coordinator tojoin our Electricity Network Operations team. This is a key role where you’ll
be right at the centre of real-time fault response, helping keep our network
safe, reliable, and running smoothly for our customers.

About the role
As a Network Operations Coordinator, you’ll:
- Manage real-time responses to faults across the electricity network
- Coordinate field crews and service providers to ensure timely, safe fault resolution
- Keep customers informed during outages and fault events
- Maintain accurate fault and outage information in our systems
- Support value-added services such as cable locates, close approach, high load requests, and safety checks
- Play a part in major network events and storm response (including some after-hours support)
