Employer matched RRSP Flexible work enviroment Overview The Network Partnership Liaison is responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with Employment Services Providers and Wraparound Supports Providers to support a coordinated, effective service network. Acting as the primary point of contact between AKG and external service partners, this role ensures referral pathways are clear, timely, and aligned with program expectations.

The Network Partnership Liaison plays a key role in identifying system-level trends, service gaps, and access challenges, supporting continuous improvement and informed network planning.
