Network Security Engineer (L2/L3 Fortinet Firewall Support) Role Description Firewall Operations Support * Provide L2/L3 support for FortiGate firewalls in production, DR, and non-production environments. * Manage and support firewall policy configuration and optimization, including: * NAT * VIPs * Routing * Access rules * VPNs (IPSec, Site-to-Site, Remote Access SSL VPN) * Monitor firewall health, performance, and security events. * Perform incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis. ### Security Compliance * Ensure firewall configurations comply with enterprise security policies and BFSI regulatory requirements. * Support audits, vulnerability assessments, and firewall rule reviews. * Work with SOC and risk teams to support incident response and investigations. ### Documentation & Collaboration * Maintain accurate documentation including network diagrams, rule matrices, and SOPs. * Collaborate with Network Infrastructure, SOC/SIEM, Application, and Cloud teams. * Provide operat...
