Network Security Engineer

Network Security Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the entire infrastructure's security posture—encompassing network systems, servers, endpoints, cloud platforms, and perimeter defenses. This role goes beyond traditional network responsibilities, ensuring that all layers of infrastructure are secured against internal and external threats. Key responsibilities include configuring and managing networking devices (e.g., Firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points), securing endpoints and servers through hardening and patch management, implementing identity and access controls, and proactively monitoring for threats across the environment. The engineer plays a critical role in safeguarding organizational and client assets by conducting regular security assessments, responding to incidents, and aligning with best practices and regulatory frameworks.
