Responsibilities
Responsible for entire post-sales service support cycle 
Fulfilling customer needs with existing company products or customized solutions
Assists customers to get on-board to company’s service
Maximize revenue and service quality based on company products and to facilitate customer relationship by providing service management professionally and efficiently
Gain the trust from customers and keep customers highly confident in the services offered
Balance all the aspects and maximize the customer satisfaction and company profit while keeping the pre-sales and operation in good shape
Communicate with sales and marketing, operations, infrastructure, product teams
