Responsibilities

• Operate as a Delivery Manager, responsible for overall account project delivery and serve as a Point of Contact (POC) for the customer. Ensure troubleshooting and project delivery are completed with quality and within deadlines/SLAs.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement network delivery strategies that support organizational growth and digital transformation.
• Project Oversight: Lead large-scale network deployment and upgrade projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
