Network/ Server Engineer

Qualification & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer related
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in servers maintenance and support, application support, network infrastructure maintenance, Firewall configuration, Cloud backup, VMWare, VPN maintenance, SDWAN, Layer 3 switches, Load balancing and failover.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in servers and cybersecurity related support
• Experienced in Disaster recovery (DRP), Business continuity (BCP), server and network security.
• Knowledge of Linux, MS SQL or any Database.
• Team Viewer Remote Support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese preferred.
• Experienced in first level ERP system support if any
