Overview
We are looking for experienced Network Support Engineers to join a dedicated support team for a global enterprise customer. The role involves providing Incident Management, Change Management, and operational support within a 24x7 follow-the-sun environment.
The selected candidates will work closely with global support teams to ensure network stability, timely incident resolution, and smooth operational delivery.

Monitor and manage network incidents and service requests
Perform troubleshooting for LAN/WAN infrastructure issues
