Network Supervisor

Brief Description

Network Supervisor is responsible for the overall planning, design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's IT infrastructure. This includes hands-on management of servers, networking equipment, access control systems, data infrastructure, CCTV, and enterprise applications such as NetSuite and other business platforms.

• Oversees and maintains the end-to-end infrastructure environment including physical servers, switches, routers, gateways, security and structured cabling across all office and warehouse locations.
• Ensures proper LAN configuration, VLSM subnetting, network segmentation, and reliable internet access. Performs hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of issues across all layers of the infrastructure.
• Create and manages BCP and DR including establishing of RTO and RPO.
