Your Job

Responsible for generating a constrained supply plan to meet forecasted customer demand. Network planners will be organized by product family and be responsible supply across Molex nodes including division plants, global shared plants, and supply chain hubs. They will identify risks to fulfilling customer demand and options to mitigate these risks in coordination with planners and operations.


What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with INP, MPS, Production Planner, SCH Import Planner, and Demand Planner to develop mid- and long-term constrained supply plans in Rapid Response.
  • Analyse constrained supply plans to identify supply issues and lead mitigation efforts to resolve risks.
  • Identify capacity constraint risks during Monthly RCCP reviews. Lead communication with PDM, Process Engineering, MIE, Operation leaders and Finance to ensure timely and appropriate capacity add for the right products.
