Network Supply Planner

**Your Job**
As a Network Supply Planner based in Molex El Salto, you will own the reconciliation of supply and demand gaps to meet customer expectations and drive capacity management for the plant.
You'll facilitate S&OP activities, create and adjust the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP), and serve as the single point of contact for Global Supply Planning-ensuring the plant's master production schedule aligns with company goals.
**Our Team**
You'll join the DSS division's network supply planning group, partnering closely with production, planners, buyers, operations, global demand planning, product management, finance, engineering, quality, and SAP technical teams.
Together, we support Molex manufacturing plants worldwide, from Guadalajara to Shanghai, driving end-to-end supply chain excellence.
