Network Support Engineer

Job Descriptions

• Perform global data centre CDN setup, network troubleshoot, installation/decommissioning, relocation, and installation of OS and software application.
• Resolve and troubleshooting complex web and networking issues.
• Response and react to customers' requirements for domain configurations, and resolve website issues feedback by customers.
• Monitoring CDN systems and services, promptly react and solve network problems.
• Proactively discover and resolve system problems and business issues. Take part in the post-sales support to our customers.
• Traffic signatures and attributes including IP addresses, cookie variations, HTTP headers, and JavaScript footprints to determine good or malicious traffic.
• Work with Engineering and Product teams to improve the products and tools.
