Key Responsibilities:

Provide Technical Network Support to Customers and Product Users

• Contribute to the availability of the field systems ensuring product uptime and availability is maintained.
• Design, implement, support and maintain LAN, WAN and wireless network infrastructure across corporate and mining site environments
• Provide Level 2/3 network support, including fault diagnosis, incident resolution and root cause analysis
