Job Title: Network Support Engineer

Location: Chester - Hybrid (3 days in office is essential) (4 days in 3 days off shifts)

Contract: 12 months with possible extension.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Key Responsibilities
Operational support of network environments:

Switching Routing (underlay and overlay) Firewall, Traffic Management, Content Inspection, and DNS
Identify service impact, interpret monitors, dashboards, traffic captures, and logs using:
- Splunk, SevOne, IBM Watson AI Ops, Wireshark, NetScout, and Gigamon Cis...
