Network Support Engineer

Job Title: Network Operations Center Engineer (NOC)
Division: Network & Infrastructure Operations
Location: East Singapore
Timing: 12 Hour Shift Role - 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (No Night Shift)
Role Overview
You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the connectivity infrastructure of our interconnect network to ensure minimal downtime and no adverse impact to customer services. This includes troubleshooting network incidents and responding to customer-reported issues in accordance with agreed SLAs. When necessary, you will coordinate with internal and external providers to resolve network or customer service issues.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the network infrastructure and manage incidents: diagnosis, escalation, and resolution within defined SLA/OLA/KPI parameters.
Record and update incident status and progress in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate and timely information until resolution.
